HON. SHITTU LIASU OLOLADE FELICITATES MUSLIMS ON EID AL-ADHA, CALLS FOR UNITY AND SACRIFICE

Honorable Shittu Liasu Ololade has extended warm greetings and heartfelt congratulations to Muslims across Ibarapa and beyond on the occasion of this year’s Eid al-Adha celebration.

In his Sallah message, Hon. Ololade described Eid al-Adha as a sacred and significant festival that symbolizes obedience, sacrifice, faith, and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah. He urged Muslim faithful to uphold the values of love, tolerance, peaceful coexistence, and compassion, which the celebration represents.

According to him, the season serves as a reminder of the importance of selflessness, generosity, and commitment to humanity, especially at a time when the nation needs unity and collective responsibility.

Hon. Ololade called on Muslims and Nigerians at large to continue praying for peace, progress, and stability in Ibarapa, Oyo State, and the country as a whole. He also encouraged residents to use the festive period to strengthen the bond of unity among communities and extend kindness to the less privileged.

“I congratulate all Muslim faithful on witnessing another Eid al-Adha celebration. May Almighty Allah accept our sacrifices, prayers, and acts of worship, and may He bless our homes with peace, joy, and abundant prosperity,” he stated.

He further prayed for divine protection, good health, and continued blessings for all Muslim families, expressing hope that the celebration would bring renewed happiness and fulfillment to the people.
