HON. SHITTU LIASU OLOLADE MOURNS THE PASSING OF PRINCE AMIDU ADETONA, DESCRIBES HIM AS A PILLAR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Hon. Shittu Liasu Ololade has expressed profound sorrow over the passing of Prince Amidu Adetona, describing his death as a great loss to Ayete, Ibarapa North Local Government, and the entire Ibarapa region.

In a condolence message, Hon. Ololade said he received the news of Prince Adetona’s demise with deep sadness, noting that the late community leader lived a life of selfless service, unwavering commitment, and remarkable dedication to the growth and development of his hometown.

Born on February 17, 1955, in Ayete, Ibarapa North Local Government Area of Oyo State, Prince Amidu Adetona was widely respected for his passion for community development and his tireless efforts toward the progress and unity of the people.

Hon. Ololade described the deceased as a patriotic son of Ayete whose contributions to community advancement and grassroots development earned him the admiration and respect of many.

“The passing of Prince Amidu Adetona is a painful loss to Ayete and the entire Ibarapa land. He was a man of honour, compassion, and vision who devoted his life to the service of humanity and the development of his community. His legacy of sacrifice and commitment will continue to inspire generations to come.”

He further noted that the late Prince Adetona’s invaluable contributions to community building and his unwavering support for initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of the people would never be forgotten.

Hon. Ololade extended his heartfelt condolences to the Adetona family, the people of Ayete, traditional institutions, friends, and associates of the deceased, praying that God grants them the strength and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

He also prayed that the Almighty grants the departed eternal rest and rewards his lifetime of service with everlasting peace.
