The Allied People’s Movement (APM) on Monday, August 3, 2026, successfully conducted its Ibarapa Central Local Government Chairmanship and Councillorship Primary Election at Methodist Primary School, Oke Agogo, Igboora, in preparation for the forthcoming local government elections.

The primary election was chaired by the Oyo State APM Chairman, Hon. Alphonso Ayoola Dada, with all ward chairmen across Ibarapa Central Local Government in attendance, demonstrating the party’s commitment to a transparent and inclusive electoral process.

The exercise was conducted under the watch of security agencies, including the Nigeria Police Force, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), and the Department of State Services (DSS), while Asako Reporters monitored and witnessed the proceedings.
