ONIKOLA KICKS OFF IBARAPA KAN SUPPORT MOVEMENT WITH HUMANITARIAN OUTREACH TO NURSING MOTHERS IN IGBOORA 

As part of efforts to demonstrate his commitment to the re-election of Hon. Dr. Anthony Adepoju, popularly known as IBARAPA KAN, as the Representative for Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency, Blessing Julius Onikola, popularly known as HONICOS Omo Yin, has commenced his support movement with a humanitarian outreach to nursing mothers, patients, and healthcare facilities across Igboora.

The outreach, organised under the HONICOS Support Movement for IBARAPA KAN, saw Onikola visit four maternity and healthcare facilities in Igboora, where he distributed baby essentials and provided cash support to hospitals, patients, and mothers who had recently given birth.

The beneficiary facilities included Pako/Igbole Maternity, Isale Oba Maternity, General Hospital/Comprehensive Health Centre, and Saganun Maternity

Speaking during the outreach, Onikola described the initiative as another step in reaffirming his commitment to the re-election of Hon. Dr. Anthony Adepoju, stressing that his support for the federal lawmaker goes beyond political declarations.

According to him, genuine leadership should be demonstrated through compassion, service, and a sincere concern for the welfare of the people.

“Today, I take another step in reaffirming my commitment to the re-election of Hon. Dr. Anthony Adepoju, IBARAPA KAN, as the Representative for Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency. As part of this commitment, I visited four different maternity hospitals in Igboora to donate baby essentials and cash support to hospitals, patients, and mothers who have just given birth.”

Onikola noted that every newborn child represents hope for the future, while mothers deserve encouragement, appreciation, and support for their invaluable role in building families and communities.

He explained that the humanitarian gesture reflects the values of people-oriented leadership, which he said should prioritise the needs and welfare of citizens irrespective of their circumstances.

“Every newborn child represents the hope of a brighter tomorrow, and every mother deserves our support, encouragement, and appreciation for the priceless role she plays in building our families, communities, and nation,” he stated.

Onikola further described the outreach as a reflection of the leadership qualities he associates with Hon. Dr. Anthony Adepoju, particularly his commitment to listening to the people, serving them, and standing with them at different stages of life.

He called on residents of Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency to continue supporting the IBARAPA KAN agenda, expressing optimism that collective support would contribute to the emergence of a more compassionate and people-centered society.

He added that the HONICOS Support Movement for IBARAPA KAN would continue to promote initiatives centred on community engagement, compassion, unity, and development as the 2027 elections approach.

The outreach concluded with a renewed call for support for Hon. Dr. Anthony Adepoju’s bid for another term as the Representative of Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections.
