OLOLADE HAILS SURAJUDEEN AJIBOLA BASHIRU ON APPOINTMENT AS APC NATIONAL SECRETARY

Hon. Shittu Liasu Ololade has congratulated Surajudeen Ajibola Bashiru on his appointment as the National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), describing the development as well-deserved and timely.

In a congratulatory message, Hon. Ololade praised the former senator for his outstanding leadership qualities and wealth of political experience, noting that he has remained a consistent and influential figure within the party since its early days.

He highlighted Bashiru’s dedication and loyalty to the progressive movement, tracing his contributions back to the era of the Action Congress, which later evolved into the APC. According to Ololade, this unwavering commitment has earned him several leadership roles, including representing Osun Central Senatorial District and serving as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Media and Public Affairs.

“Your appointment is a clear recognition of your competence, experience, and long-standing service to the party,” Ololade stated, expressing confidence in Bashiru’s ability to strengthen the APC’s structure and unity at the national level.
