Reliable Vanguard Club Holds 2025 AGM, Celebrates New NANNM Oyo Chairman

The Reliable Vanguard Club of Ibarapa land on Saturday 27th December held its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the residence of Reliant Adeleke, located at Isale Oni-Lado, Oke Iserin, Igboora.

The meeting also featured a congratulatory session for one of its members, Reliant Adeleke Olugbade Victor, following his emergence as the Chairman of the National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM), Oyo State Council.

In his welcome address, the President of the club, Reliant Dapo Atilola, expressed profound gratitude to God for preserving the lives of members and granting them success in their various professions. He commended the host for the warm reception and applauded the Club Secretary ( Reliant Bolanle Oladokun) for his dedication and quality of service to the organization.

Deliberations during the meeting focused on community development. Members unanimously agreed to assess public secondary schools in Igboora and Idere with the aim of identifying areas where the club could assist in meeting basic educational needs.

The club congratulated its Treasurer, Reliant Adeleke Olugbade Victor, on his historic victory, describing it as a proud moment for Ibarapa. Members offered prayers for a successful tenure and urged him to lead with humility, diligence, and inclusiveness. They further encouraged him to protect his integrity and see the office as an opportunity for greater national service within the association.

Responding to the goodwill messages, Reliant Adeleke Olugbade Victor thanked God and appreciated members of the Reliable Vanguard Club for their unwavering support. He described his journey to the chairmanship as challenging, highlighting his service as Vice Chairman from October 2019 to October 2023, Acting Chairman from July 10 to August 21, 2025, and his eventual election as Chairman on August 21, 2025.

He pledged to work tirelessly to justify the confidence reposed in him and to contribute meaningfully to the growth of NANNM in Oyo State and Nigeria at large. He also called for continued support from members of the club.

The meeting concluded with special prayers for the success and well-being of all members.
