Adelabu Ambassadors laud Power Minister for solar lights project in Ibarapa

The Adelabu Ambassadors in Ibarapa Central Local Government have lauded the Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, for installing solar street lights across their communities.

This is contained in a statement signed by its leader, Alhaji Habib Ibrahim and made available to Asako news dated Friday 17th October 2025.

The group described the project as a fulfillment of Adelabu’s earlier promise to improve power infrastructure and enhance living standards in the area.

It praised the minister’s commitment to grassroots development and efforts toward lighting up rural communities in Oyo State.

The group noted that the newly installed solar lights had significantly improved night-time safety and boosted security within the local communities.

According to the group, the initiative has also enhanced economic activities by enabling small businesses to operate for longer hours after dark.

It said that the gesture reflected Adelabu’s dedication to the welfare and empowerment of his people through impactful projects.
