IPU CELEBRATES MUSLIM FAITHFULS ON EID-AL-FITR

The President of Igboora Progress Union, Pastor Alex Oladeji (JP) has sent felicitations to Igboora Muslim faithfuls on the completion of Ramadan fasting and EID-AL-FITR celebration. In a statement signed by the IPU media officer, Tayo Akinyemi dated 20th March 2026, Pastor Oladeji on behalf of the IPU steering Council enjoined Muslims to maintain the spirit of generosity, self-control and devotion practiced during the fasting period for a better society.

According to the statement:

“As the crescent moon is sighted, marking the end of Ramadan and the beginning of Eid-el-Fitr, the President, Igboora Progress Union (IPU), Pastor Alex Oladeji (JP) and members of the Steering Council, extend warmest felicitations to all Igboora Muslim faithfuls on this joyous occasion.

” As we celebrate the triumph of faith, self-control and devotion, may Allah pour His blessings and mercy upon us all in abundance.

“May this Eid bring peace, love and unity to our community and homes.
May we all be inspired to continue doing good and spreading kindness.

” May our fasting, prayers and good deeds be accepted by Allah”, the statement concluded.
