HON. UTEME BATEREN FELICITATES HON. JOHN OGUMA ON BIRTHDAY
Hon. Uteme Bateren, the Atase R’Ovie of Ogor Kingdom and the Atamu R’Ovie of Ughelli Kingdom, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to Hon. John Oguma of Udu R’Olomu Kingdom, describing him as a committed leader and respected political figure in Ughelli South and Delta State at large.
In a goodwill message made available to the public, Bateren praised Oguma’s steady contributions to political development and party growth, noting that his leadership continues to command respect among colleagues and constituents. He urged friends, associates, and well-wishers to join in celebrating a man he called a dependable statesman.
